Patch Specifications

• Maximum size: 3.5" wide x 2.5" tall (or any proportion within those dimensions)
• Need a larger patch? Contact us before placing your order for custom sizing and pricing.
• Files accepted: Vector or PNG format only
• Artwork must be 300 DPI minimum for the best print quality.

Design & Material Details

• Patches are printed by default on our Heritage Bright White Leatherette.
• Prefer a different leatherette color? Simply include your color preference in the order notes.
• If your uploaded design does not include a border, the patch will be die-cut to the shape of your artwork, with a clean edge surrounding the design.
• Please include any special instructions in the notes section when placing your order.

Adhesive Backing

Every patch comes backed with LoneStar Adhesive, making it ready to apply with a hat press for a secure, professional finish.

Processing Time

Custom patch orders require 4–6 business days for production, excluding shipping transit time.
